At Glow Rich, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare items, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety for all customers.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

Returns are only accepted in rare or extreme situations, such as:

• The product received is damaged during delivery
• The customer receives a wrong product
• The product is defective or unusable

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Glow Rich reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after reviewing the claim.


Refunds

Refunds are not applicable in most cases due to hygiene and product safety standards.

However, in approved extreme situations, a minimal refund (up to 1% of the order value) may be issued after the issue has been reviewed and confirmed by our support team.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Orders where the issue was not reported within the required timeframe
